Creamy Avocado Dressing (dairy-free)

Great on any salad that you’re looking to achieve just a bit a spiciness, but a whole lot of creaminess.  If you’re not opposed to dairy, throw in some cotija!

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Creamy Avocado Dressing

  • Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup non-dairy plain yogurt
  • ½ avocado
  • ¼ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • ½ jalapeno, roughly chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice – feel free to add in some zest if you want a little extra zing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

 

Instructions

  1. Add all dressing ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add additional salt and pepper to taste.  Chill in fridge for 10-15 minutes before serving.
