Martini’s are just the tastiest, sexiest drink in my book. They are perfect for Friday night after work or a girls night with your friends. I don’t have them often but now that I have tried this sweet but refreshing combination, I am going to change that! The best part about this drink is the low-carb no refined sugar. Most of the time martini’s like this are filled with fruit juices that have added sugar or a regular simple syrup. This one is made with my Stevia simple syrup recipe. Win win in my book!

Grapefruit Martini

  • Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • ½ ounce Stevia Simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Squeeze a grapefruit and mix 4 cup juice with 2 ounces of vodka and ½ ounce of Stevia simple syrup into a shaker.
  2. Put ice in shaker and shake for 30 seconds until really cold. Pour into a glass and garnish with grapefruit if desired.

So simple, so beautiful. The perfect drink to enjoy at the end of a long day or to celebrate life with some great friends!

     Moscow Mules, such a refreshing summertime drink! It’s also loaded with sugar and can be in the upwards of 300 calories and 80 carbs. Insane, right?! I love ginger beer but not to the point where I want to drink all that sugar! My husband’s coworker mentioned to him one day that she likes mixing kombucha with vodka. I drink kombucha every day, I love it! This was so intriguing to me, I had to play with kombucha as a mixer. Add some vodka, ginger kombucha, lime and Stevia simple syrup and you have a healthy version of a Moscow Mule! Now that I have tried this the possibilities are endless! Next I feel like I want to try some other flavors like Mojito Kombucha with rum or lavender kombucha with gin. Best of all, you get to reap the health benefits of kombucha instead of a sugar filled mixer!

Ginger Kombucha Mule

Ingredients

  • Ginger Kombucha (any brand will be fine)
  • 1 ½ ounces of Vodka
  • ½ lime squeezed
  • ½-1 ounce of Stevia Simple Syrup
  • Ice

 

Instructions

  1. Fill Glass with ice, vodka, ½ bottle of kombucha, ½ lime juiced and stevia simple syrup to taste. Stir and drink!
