Since fall is officially here, I know I’m not the only person craving all the fall things. Apples are on that list for sure. Whether it’s apple pie, apple crisp, caramel apples, caramel apple cheesecake, or apple cider donuts, I want it ALL. We can’t,…
This cocktail could be the most refreshing and tasty one I’ve made yet. I don’t actually know if I can confidently say that. They all start blurring together after a while. The brightest for sure though! My husband definitely looks forward to his weekly drink…
This sweet and fizzy punch is one
tasty cocktail. The figs and blackberries
make a perfectly sweet combo and when paired with the earthiness of bourbon and
the fizziness of club soda, it’s hard to have just one.
It’s also a perfect drink to make for parties as it’s such a beautiful color and so festive looking. Make a large batch and float some sliced figs and blackberries for guests to enjoy.
1 oz. Stevia Simple Syrup or honey syrup (equal parts honey and water – may only need if your berries are tart)
Ice
About 6 oz club soda
1-2 oz of whiskey (depending on how strong you like your drinks)
Instructions
Muddle blackberries, fig, and syrup (if using) in a shaker or a glass. Add half of the club soda to the muddled mixture.
If using a shaker, add some ice and the bourbon and shake until cold then strain into an ice filled cocktail glass. If using a glass, add bourbon to an ice filled cocktail glass and strain muddled blackberry and fig mixture into glass using a mesh strainer.
Could quite possibly be one of the tastiest summer drinks. It’s peachy with a hint of black licorice. It pairs perfectly with rum or whiskey, but rum is my personal preference. I also love that this can be made any time of year because if…
My husband loves whiskey. It’s definitely his drink of choice whether it be on the rocks with his fancy round ice cubes, infused ice cubes, whiskey stones, or a cocktail. Since it’s still extremely hot where we live, I decided to make him something refreshing.…
I love anything Matcha flavored. I know not all people do,
ie. my dad. He bought some at the store, tried it and sent the container to me
haha, not his thing! I now have an abundance of Matcha powder so I decided I
should try and make a refreshing gin drink out of it. Gin pairs well with
earthy flavors so I thought I would try it with Matcha, lime and mint to see if
it would work. It turned out great!! It has a very light, clean flavor. Perfect
for a hot summer day!
