Raspberry Sorbet Prosecco

Spring and summertime are usually filled with parties like baby and bridal showers. The big thing to have there is mimosas! Yum!! I know this is not a new concept but I wanted to post this because I like sorbet champagne way more than mimosas. They are cold, sweet and also super appealing to the eye. The possibilities are endless. You can pick a few flavors to put out and either use a prosecco for a sweeter flavor or a dry champagne. Whatever floats your boat!

Raspberry Sorbet Prosecco
Ingredients
- 1 bottle of prosecco or dry champagne
- Raspberry sorbet (or sorbet flavor of choice)
Instructions
- Scoop sorbet with a small cookie scoop and place in flute. Pour champagne carefully on top of the scoops. Enjoy!
If you serve this at a party, you can either keep the sorbet in your freezer and serve it to your guests or put it in a cooler. If you put it in a cooler, you need to keep it frozen, this is an easy way to do so. Put a towel in the bottom of your cooler, put crushed up dry ice on the towel (carefully break with eye protection). Then put a bunch of regular ice on top of that. Place the sorbet on top of the regular ice and it will keep it nice and cold. I do this for a really long camping trip if I don’t have our trailer with us and it keeps things frozen really well!
