Egg Roll Soup
This soup could quite possibly be one of the best soups I’ve ever tasted. Seriously. I honestly didn’t think it would taste THIS GOOD. I mean, I’ve had egg roll bowls and love them, but I thought in soup form there it would just be…

With football season in full swing, my family is always asking what kind of snacks we’re having on Sunday’s. Although chicken wings are always a classic, dips are always a hit. 7-layer dip is like the best of every flavor world. From beans to guacamole…
Since fall is officially here, I know I’m not the only person craving all the fall things. Apples are on that list for sure. Whether it’s apple pie, apple crisp, caramel apples, caramel apple cheesecake, or apple cider donuts, I want it ALL. We can’t, however, leave out the apple cider from our drinks.
This Bourbon Apple Cider makes the perfect fall cocktail to give you all the fall feels. It’s fruity, but warm and cozy at the same time. I guess we can also consider this healthy since it has ginger kombucha in it? Yes. I’m going with a hard yes to that.
My husband and I first tasted a whiskey and apple cider concoction at our favorite brunch spot and immediately knew we needed to create something similar. I’m a lover of all meatballs. I don’t discriminate when it comes to them. They have to be tender and not overcooked though. These Moroccan Meatballs area great one when you want to venture away from your typical Italian meatball. I love pairing them with…
Cauliflower rice has become a staple in our home as I’m sure it has in many others. It tastes great, cooks quickly, and curbs any kind of rice craving. There are times when plan old cauliflower rice gets boring, or doesn’t quite go with a specific dish.
This Mediterranean Cauliflower Rice is a great way to make even those that don’t like, or think they don’t like, cauliflower rice change their opinion. It’s still super quick to make, but adds a little bit of flavor to the otherwise plain taste. My favorite part is the crunch and nuttiness from the almonds.
